Appaloosa horses for which ApHC (Moscow,
Idaho) registration has been issued and which horses are
owned by a resident of a country other than Canada, and, all Quarter
Horses for which an AQHA Certificate of
Registration or Appendix Certificate, or Canadian
Quarter Horse Certificate of Registration has been issued,
regardless of the country of residence of the owner, and, all
Thoroughbred horses for which a Jockey Club,
Kentucky, or Canadian Thoroughbred Society
Registration has been issued regardless of the country of
residence of the owner will require a copy of the complete original
Certificates of Registration certified as follows:
