Pedigree Registration to the ApHCC.
It will help insure your application is complete. Remember, a delay in
processing will result if application is not complete.
[ ] Photographs – direct front, left side profile view, right side profile view, direct hind[ ] Application for ApHC (USA) to ApHCC Pedigree Registration – completed form
[ ] Copy of the ApHC certificate has been included Fees – appropriate fees are accompanying this application. See Application for Registration of Pedigree form for details
[ ] Is the applicant horse a stallion or mare? If yes, an ApHCC Veterinary Evaluation form is required.
[ ] Is this horse a descendant of the AQHA stallion Impressive? If yes, refer to ApHCC Bylaws, Section XI C. Genetic Disorders.
[ ] Review the instructions included with the Application for Registration of Pedigree form and the ApHCC Official Handbook.
